Technical characteristics of the material

All Vittinox products are made of AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL called AISI 304 suitable for food use.

PROPERTIES
Austenitic Cr-Ni steel, non-hardenable, corrosion-resistant. Good stability and moderate resistance to crystalline corrosion. Excellent toughness up to low temperatures.
